Our weekly football sessions are designed to give young people the opportunity to stay active, improve skills, and develop friendships in a positive environment. Sessions include training drills, mini matches, and team challenges.

GBG’s Saturday Football Club is a focused four-week programme designed to help young people build skills, develop teamwork, and compete in a positive and supportive environment.

Over the first two weeks, players take part in structured training sessions to improve fitness, ball control, passing, positioning, communication, and match awareness. Coaches work with participants to build confidence and identify strengths across the group.

During weeks three and four, players move into competitive match play, applying what they have learned through organised games and team challenges. The programme is designed to encourage commitment, teamwork, and healthy competition while working towards building a strong GBG team.

• Match preparation and tactics

Week 3–4: Match Phase
• Organised games
• Team strategy and development
• Competitive play
• End-of-programme team recognition
